Questions we actually get

Answers to the five things every family asks us in the first meeting. Nothing templated.

Is the first consultation really free?
Yes — 30 minutes with a senior counsellor, no obligation. We don't collect payment information, we don't ask you to sign anything, and we don't follow up relentlessly. If our advice is "don't study abroad right now," you'll hear it for free too.
Do you charge a fee only if I get admission?
No. Our fee covers end-to-end counselling, not an outcome guarantee. Anyone promising a success-fee-only model is either misrepresenting the work or cutting corners on the paperwork. We'd rather be honest about the effort.
What's your visa success rate, honestly?
98% across all routes combined over 2023–2025. For Canada PR alone it's 100% — but that's because we turn away cases we judge unlikely to succeed. Honesty on the way in is how the success number stays that high.
Can my parents sit in on the consultation?
Absolutely — we prefer it. Going abroad is a family decision, and Saturday afternoons are set aside precisely for parent-student consultations. We'll speak to the decision as one. Hindi and Telugu are both fine.
Are you licensed for Australia and Canada PR?
Yes. Our Australia lead is a MARA-registered migration agent; our Canada PR counsellor is ICCRC-licensed. Ask to see the registration number at your first meeting — any genuine agent will hand it over without hesitation.
